All consular work at the Embassy is by appointment. The consular section receives visitors on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 15:00.

How to book

Email consular@zimstockholm.gov.zw, or call +46 8 765 53 80 on a Tuesday or Thursday between 10:00 and 15:00. On other days, please write. In your request, include:

  • The service you need, for example a passport or birth registration
  • Your full name and a phone number
  • The Tuesdays or Thursdays that suit you

The Embassy confirms your appointment by email or phone.

What to bring

The documents and fee listed on the page for your service. Fees at the Embassy are paid in cash, in the exact amount.

Closures and cancellations

The consular section is closed on public holidays in Zimbabwe and Sweden. The Embassy may cancel or move an appointment because of severe weather, an emergency or other unforeseen circumstances; it then finds a new day and time with you.
