On 18th April 2026, Ambassador Priscilla Misihairabwi-Mushonga presided over the 46th Independence Day Anniversary of the Republic of Zimbabwe hosted by Impala Denmark, an association of Zimbabwean diasporans residing in Denmark.
The event constituted of a panel discussion which explored the role of the diaspora in the building self-sustaining networks and strengthening the economic participation in Zimbabwe. The celebration concluded with networking, music and dance over a Zimbabwe cuisine themed dinner.
